We organize fun and adventurous outings for dogs and their owners in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently most of our hikes are in the South Bay Area. We occasionally offer walks in the afternoon and/or evenings and training sessions with a dog trainer. Our sponsors are businesses that offer their free time to organize hikes, walks and other fun outings for you and your dog. We are solely run by volunteers. We will also post other dog related events as a courtesy.   Happy Hiking!

This is a group for fit hikers. While the trails aren't dangerous, they are usually very steep. Trail shoes of some sort will make your hike easier, though hiking boots aren't typically needed. Ideally our hikes will be 1 1/2 - 3 hours long, including significant elevation gain. Ideally at least 1500'+, and be 5-11 miles long. I decided to start this group for people in-between San Francisco and San Jose. I also have found it difficult to find groups that meet later in the day on the weekends. I'm not a morning person so I like to hike but prefer to go later in the day. During the week--M-F, my ideal time to hike is 9ish and would love to find others who find that this is their ideal time to hike too! I usually hike at Edgewood or Pulgas Ridge.
